Terms and Conditions
- The September Special is available for new bookings on selected remaining dates between 1 and 30 September 2026, inclusive.
The October Midweek Special is available for new bookings on selected Sunday-to-Thursday nights between 1 and 31 October 2026, inclusive.
Friday and Saturday nights are not eligible for the October Midweek Special unless otherwise agreed by Berrima Retreat in writing.
Both promotions apply only to available dates selected by Berrima Retreat and are subject to availability.

Promotional pricing will be provided in a personalised written quotation after Berrima Retreat confirms the requested dates and booking eligibility.
Both offers are subject to Berrima Retreat’s standard minimum booking charge, based on a minimum of 22 chargeable guests.
The promotional rate applies to the confirmed number of chargeable guests and nights shown in the written quotation.
Cleaning fees, the security bond and any optional services or additional charges are not included in the promotional accommodation rate unless expressly included in the written quotation.
These promotions apply to new bookings only. They cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enquiries, quotations or confirmed bookings.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with another discount, special rate, package or promotional offer unless agreed by Berrima Retreat in writing.
Offers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit.
If the booking dates, guest numbers, length of stay or other booking details change, eligibility and promotional pricing may be reassessed.
A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Berrima Retreat.
Berrima Retreat’s standard payment, amendment, cancellation and booking conditions continue to apply.
Berrima Retreat may withdraw or amend either offer before a booking is confirmed. Any promotion included in an already confirmed booking will be honoured according to its written booking confirmation.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
