Guests / Visitor Registers and Rate Calculations
- Subject to health orders or if instructed ALL persons, guests, visitors onsite may need to register to be onsite using our guest log.
- “IF” advised to register guests or visitors then >>>> CLICK HERE TO REGISTER as a visitor or guest <<<<< (updates torrequired within 10 days of arrival unless approved otherwise) , and
- Other check-in methods as required by NSW Health or Planning may also apply. E.g OUR SERVICE NSW QR CODE
- No mattresses, tents, caravans, campers, motorhomes or more cars than approved and pre-registered are allowed.
- Numbers in excess of the agreed guests (including extra beds used, or day visitors not pre-advised will be charged at 1 night rate per person x the days booked for the group. We reserve the right to request that the numbers be reduced immediately or to terminate the booking, without refund.
- Third party services – should you engage the services of a third party during your stay such as a caterer, beautician, massage therapist etc. it is your responsibility to ensure that they adhere to these Terms and Conditions and hold appropriate Public Liability insurance and ensure they are pre-approved and pre-registered to be onsite.
- NO VISITORS: exclusively for paying guests ONLY. $219pp/day Fee applies for visitors not pre-approved to be onsite.
- Guests MAY NOT invite unpaid persons / visitors to be onsite. If you wish to have any person / visitors in addition to those booked and paying guests, you must ensure you receive our written permission and pay any applicable fees.
- WEDDINGS / CELEBRATIONS / VISITORS: $1000 per 25 visitiors for up to 4 hours onsite. Visitors fee to be prepaid and approved prior to access.
