With exclusive use of the property, your group has access to the Mansion, living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas, games, activities, pool, kitchen facilities and more — with no other guests, no distractions, no compromises.
🛏️ For Each Paying Guest
Every paying guest receives:
1 king single bed
Bed linen
1 bath towel
Where requested, beds can be configured as 1 king bed for every 2 paying guests.
This makes it easier to organise comfortable sleeping arrangements for families, groups of friends, retreats, camps and other group stays.

We also provide a range of everyday essentials for your stay, so you don't need to bring everything from home.

Your Exclusive Group Access
Your booking gives your group access to the Mansion, its living spaces and the following facilities.
The Mansion
Your group has exclusive use of the main house and included guest areas during your stay.

King and single bed configurations, subject to arrangements and any applicable bed-splitting fees

Firepit use is subject to seasonal fire restrictions and local conditions. Firewood may incur an additional charge.

Sheep and alpacas live onsite and are part of the property's rural setting.
Organised animal feeding is an optional extra and should be arranged when booking.

Accommodation for up to 12 additional guests
When overnight guest numbers exceed 43, the North Wing is included. For smaller groups, the North Wing may be available for an additional fee.
