PRE - ARRIVAL GUIDE

We're excited to welcome you to Berrima Retreat

Everything below will help with a smooth arrival and a comfortable stay: booking details, address & access, safety, and checkout.

Address

General Access Notes

Back door remains unlocked as a backup
North Wing access (if booked) is via the rear hallway; approx. 15m down the path
Activities Hut is adults only (no children permitted)
Bikes are available FREE – please unhook carefully, check tyres & helmets, and use at your own risk
Guest access is limited to the Mansion and the front paddock containing the pool and BBQ area
Permitted gates: front driveway gate and pool gate only
All other gates and zones are restricted for staff and farm operations

General Safety Notes

Safety

Children must be supervised at all times
Children must not be left alone when using:
- Kayaks, Bikes, Pool, Kids arena / jumping pillow / dura jumper, or when anywhere near the dam, paddocks, farm animals or infrastructure
No fires: 1 Oct – 31 Mar
Firepit available: 1 Apr – 30 Sep (must be supervised or fully extinguished)
Wildlife is common in this area – observe only
Trees in Australia may drop branches – take precautions around them.

Water Supply

Bore water (~72m deep) is pumped onsite and is safe for most people
A filtered drinking tap is located on the left side of the kitchen sink if preferred

Staff Onsite

Non guests attend the property when invited by the owner but will not access the Mansion and front zone, unless attending to farm or maintenance needs.
